- Barely three months after it debuted in theaters, Alien: Covenant is available on Digital HD, and it's the big one of the week. Reaction to the movie was mixed, but it's a new Alien flick by Ridley Scott, and it looks awesome, so we refuse to dismiss it out of hand just because it didn't wow everyone like we'd hoped it would. RENT IT.
- 68 Kill looks like some trashy grindhouse fun, and we are all in. RENT IT.
- The Dinner looks like a good, higher-brow thriller to watch when we're in a more "mainstream" kind of mood. It's got an excellent cast.
- WTF! was a fun B-grade slasher flick that lagged a bit at the start, but delivered some solid bloodletting and viscera towards the end. Read our review HERE, and then RENT IT.
- The Dark Below has an interesting premise, and I'm personally really curious to see how they pull it off, and if they can do it effectively. RENT IT.
- Armed Response looks like it's got Wesley Snipes back in ass-kicking form.
- And Toxic Shark looks like a bunch of Syfy-inspired schlock, but I'll be damned if there isn't an audience out there for that kind of thing.
- Happy streaming!
